The induction heating is one of the most energy efficient processes for surface heat treatment with high productivity rate, real time and individual process control.

There is a very high diversity of requirements following the size of the parts and the requested productivity.

The handling solutions can be also different, starting with a very simple manual handling of the billets up to the completely automatized lines with robot handling solutions.

The melting of steel, iron and the non-ferrous metals is one of the most energy intensive process.

Therefore one of the main target for AAGES is to minimise the energy consumption in case of the induction melting furnaces, which are offered to the customers in the range of 50…3000 kg/steel/iron/copper capacity furnaces.
