ServicingAAGES mission is to provide our customer with the right solution for their needs. It includes whole process, starting with phase of enquiry and ending with after-guaranty servicing.Enquiry Starting from first time client contact AAGES, our employees are open to answer all his/her questions and clarify any doubts. During process of negotiation and clarification of client's needs, there is a possibility that our representative is visiting client's premises, to evaluate situation and come up with solution that will fit his/her needs the best. Contract Producing /testing in AAGES When manufacturing of product is already started, there is opportunity for our client to visit AAGES premises and see the process of production. After the equipment is ready we test it at our premises with presence of client's representative. Trainings We provide training for employees of our client in premises of AAGES. They are prepared as - Operating Supervisor (Technician) and Electrical Supervisor (Engineer). And training is concluded in our client's premises. Trainings are available in English, French, German, Romanian, and Hungarian. The aim of trainings is to assist our client to operate the equipment as efficiently as possible by obtaining products of the specified quality and quantity and thus derive maximum benefit from the equipment. Shipment Installation is done by our representatives, working together with client's employees. Start-up It is done by our representatives, but we strongly recommend that direct users of equipment and maintenance team are taking part in this process, too. In order to ask questions and clarify everything that is still unclear about usage and maintenance of equipment. Acceptance test After the start up, our representatives together with client's employees are testing the equipment one more time. Acceptance test time, length and type depend on agreement between AAGES and our client. Guaranty period
AAGES offer 18-month warranty from the start up of equipment. We provide two after-guaranty servicingdifferent options for our client:
Emergencies In case of breakdown our specialists will show up at the client's place to repair the equipments if necessary in maximum 24 hours from receiving a written notice of the problem.
